某酒店塔楼是一栋180m(含3层避难层)的超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构,在34层位置有结构转换。在对结构设计进行结构体系、结构布置、构件设计和施工图设计审核的基础上,从主体框架-核心筒结构体系的构件布置和构件设计、楼盖体系的布置和构件设计、荷载取值、计算配筋和施工图配筋等方面进行了结构设计优化。采用盈建科、SATWE、MIDAS Building等多种计算软件进行了小震下结构整体内力位移分析;采用EPDA&PUSH对结构在大震下的整体内力位移进行了分析计算。立足规范和结构性能要求,对结构设计提出了修改意见和建议。
