据包括麦肯锡和一些美国媒体的调查资料,美国近3年来发展最快的一些企业并没有在IT上进行高额投资。更具有讽刺意味的是,在绝大部分经济领域中,对IT方面的大幅投资没有起到任何帮助生产力增长的作用。 反观国内,在经历了MIS和MRPII两次管理信息化热潮之后,企业实施ERP的热情又开始空前膨胀,但巳经开展ERP建设的项目又是哀声不断。很多ERP系统要么超过预定时间,要么超过预算,要么就是在实际工作中并不适用。种种迹象表明,众多企业在IT应用方面的投资难以实现预期的回报,企业似乎走进了信息化的“百慕大”。如何拨开迷雾,调整航向,就成为目前企业信息化领域的重要课题。
According to a survey that includes McKinsey and some U.S. media, some of the fastest-growing U.S. businesses in the past three years have not invested heavily in IT. More ironically, the overwhelming investment in IT in most sectors of the economy has not played any role in helping productivity growth. On the other hand, after experiencing the upsurge of MIS and MRPII management informationization twice, the enthusiasm of enterprises in implementing ERP has begun to inflate. However, the projects that have been carried out with ERP construction are still lamenting. Many ERP systems either exceed the scheduled time, or exceed the budget, or is not practical in practical work. There are indications that many companies in the IT application investment is difficult to achieve the expected return, the company seems to have entered the information of “Bermuda.” How to remove the fog, adjust the course, it has become an important issue in the field of enterprise information.
