登阶运动对大学男生体质未达标群体的体质干预研究

为大学生体质未达标群体探寻一条针对性强、简单易行且科学有效的运动健身途径,并为其增强体质、科学健身提供一定的现实指导。选取2006年北京师范大学本科学生体质测试总成绩低于60分的167名大学男生体质未达标群体为研究对象。将被试随机分为3组,通过每周练习3次,每天累积运动60 min,且不同登阶形式每次各练习2组的登阶运动,来对比分析干预前后被试的体质变化情况。结果发现:1)干预后,约26.67%(P<0.05)被试的身体形态、53.33%(P<0.01)被试的肺活量体重指数、26.95%(P<0.05)被试的立定跳远成绩得到不同程度改善,且被试四肢及躯干部位的皮下脂肪显著降低(P<0.05);2)以登踏220级阶梯为例,单阶走的登速为96.06级/min、单组登踏耗时为137.50 s;双阶走的登速为111.11级/min、单组登踏耗时为118.75 s,且运动持续时间不少于21~28 d的健身效果明显。表明:登阶运动能够有效改善被试的身体形态,提高其肺功能、下肢爆发力及协调能力,尤以对超重者的减脂作用明显。 To explore a suitable, simple, scientific and effective sports and fitness pathways for students who have not reached the standard of physical fitness, and provide some realistic guidance for them to enhance physical fitness and scientific fitness. 167 undergraduates who undergraduates in Beijing Normal University undergraduates’ physique test score less than 60 in 2006 were selected as research subjects. Subjects were randomly divided into three groups. The physical changes of the subjects before and after the intervention were compared by three exercises per week, 60 minutes of cumulative exercise per day, and two different steps of each ascension exercise. The results showed that: 1) After intervention, the body shape of the subjects was about 26.67% (P <0.05), the vital capacity index of subjects was 53.33% (P <0.01) (P <0.05). (2) Taking the Deng-da-220 step as an example, the single-step walking speed was 96.06 / min, and the single-group Dengsou consumption When 137.50 s; two-step walking speed is 111.11 level / min, single Deng time was 118.75 s, and exercise duration of not less than 21 ~ 28 d of the fitness effect is obvious. The results showed that the step-up exercise can effectively improve the body shape of the subjects and improve their lung function, explosive force and coordination ability of the lower limbs, especially for those with overweight.

摘 要: 对10名优秀大学生跳高运动员8周大强度的训练前后和比赛后血细胞和免疫球蛋白IgG 、IgA、IgM等指标进行了测定,结果显示: 训练量和训练强度虽使运动员机体机能逐渐下降 ,但对于B淋巴细胞免疫系统功能没有明显的影响。提示血细胞和免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM 等指标,作为评价身体机能和免疫机能具有重要的参考价值。  关键词:免疫机能;血细胞;唾液分泌型免疫球蛋白A  中图分类号:G8
