目的在宁夏医科大学学生人感染H7N9禽流感病毒知信行调查基础上构建H7N9禽流感防治相关行为影响因素结构方程模型,探讨影响因素的直接作用和间接作用。方法采用分层整群抽样法对该校学生进行人感染H7N9禽流感病毒知信行调查,对所调查数据进行结构方程模型拟合并确定最终模型。结果该校学生对H7N9禽流感知识知晓率偏低,其中灭毒方式知晓率最低;结构方程模型拟合较好,H7N9禽流感防治认知对防治相关行为的直接作用0.50,间接作用0.1944,总作用0.6944,知识认知对防治行为起到较强的正向促进作用,防治态度对防治相关行为起促进作用较弱(0.36)。结论加强对该校学生全面的H7N9禽流感防治教育,着重促进学生对禽流感类传染性疾病防治态度的转变,降低相关行为风险。
Objective To construct structural equation model of influencing factors of H7N9 bird flu on the basis of investigation of H7N9 avian influenza virus infection in Ningxia Medical University and discuss the direct and indirect effects of the influencing factors. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the H7N9 avian influenza virus infection in this school. The data of the survey were fitted to the structural equation model and the final model was determined. Results The awareness rate of H7N9 bird flu was low, among them, the awareness rate of killing virus was the lowest. The structural equation model fitted well. The direct effect of prevention and control of H7N9 bird flu on prevention and control behavior was 0.50 and the indirect effect was 0.1944. Role of 0.6944, knowledge of the prevention and control behavior to play a positive role in promoting a positive role in prevention and treatment of prevention-related behavior has played a less effective (0.36). CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment of bird flu in H7N9 students and focus on promoting the students’ attitude toward the prevention and control of bird flu contagious diseases and reducing the related behavioral risks.
