Nearly 10 to 15 years, the treatment of bladder cancer is not satisfactory, which makes people seek improvement in diagnosis and treatment techniques. There are still many problems, and the close cooperation between radiology, urology and pathology workers is the first step in our efforts. The authors observed 852 bladder tumors from 1964 to 1973, of which 238 were benign. 272 cases were found to be incurable cases. 342 patients underwent surgical resection and postoperative cobalt 60 radiation therapy.
