从成形速度入手,通过对选择性激光烧结技术(SelectiveLaserSintering)中现有的最普遍的两种扫描路径进行分析和比较,并考虑到不同扫描系统的特殊性,提出了对扫描路径进行优化的方法。从而能在保证制件成形精度的条件下提高成形速度,节约烧结成本。
Starting with the forming speed, by analyzing and comparing the two most common scan paths in Selective Laser Sintering and taking into account the particularity of different scanning systems, a method of optimizing the scan path is proposed . Thus, the forming speed can be improved under the condition of ensuring the forming accuracy of the workpiece and the sintering cost can be saved.
