目的观察颜氏温阳活血方防治冠脉介入术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法将60例冠脉介入术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用颜氏温阳活血方。两组疗程均为3个月,随访观察心血管事件及再狭窄发生情况,比较心绞痛相关积分、中医血瘀证及胸痹证评分的变化情况。结果 (1)治疗组、对照组再狭窄发生率分别为3.33%、20.00%,组间再狭窄发生率比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)组间治疗后比较,心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、疼痛程度、NTG用量、心绞痛分级积分及总积分差异有统计学意义,治疗组改善心绞痛症状明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)组间治疗后比较,胸痛、舌质紫暗瘀斑、口唇齿龈紫暗、舌下脉络曲张评分及总评分差异有统计学意义,治疗组对血瘀证的整体缓解程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)组间治疗后比较,胸闷、心悸、畏寒肢冷、气短乏力、面白唇淡评分及总评分差异有统计学意义,治疗组对胸痹证的整体缓解程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颜氏温阳活血方防治冠脉介入术后再狭窄,可明显降低再狭窄发生率,改善患者临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yan Yang Huo Xue Huo Decoction in preventing and treating restenosis after coronary intervention. Methods Sixty patients undergoing coronary intervention were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with the Yan Yang Huoxue Recipe in the control group on the basis of the treatment measures. The two groups were treated for 3 months. The incidence of cardiovascular events and restenosis were followed up. The changes of angina pectoris related score, TCM blood stasis syndrome and chest arthralgia score were compared. Results (1) The incidences of restenosis in the treatment group and control group were 3.33% and 20.00%, respectively. The incidence of restenosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). (2) After treatment, the number of angina attacks, duration, pain degree, NTG dosage, angina pectoris score and total score had statistical significance. The treatment group improved the angina pectoris symptom obviously than the control group (P <0.05). (3) After treatment, chest pain, dark purple ecchymosis, dark purple gums, sublingual choroidal varicosity score and total score were significantly different between the two groups. The overall remission rate of the treatment group to blood stasis syndrome was significantly better than that of the treatment group Control group (P <0.05). (4) After treatment, chest tightness, palpitations, aversion to cold and cold, shortness of breath, face pale lip score and total score had statistical significance. The overall remission rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group P <0.05). Conclusion Yan Yang Huoxue Recipe can prevent restenosis after coronary intervention, which can significantly reduce the incidence of restenosis and improve the clinical symptoms.
