随着经济社会的发展和人们法律意识的提高,我国现已进入集体劳动争议的高发期,由其引发的矛盾如不能妥善得到解决,将影响和谐劳动关系的建立和长久稳定社会的维护。现阶段我国劳动争议正从个别向集体转型,由于劳动者主体人格不完善和缺乏专门的集体利益争议处理机构等原因,导致现行的集体劳动争议处理机制无法满足现状社会的需要。就我国集体劳动争议处理机制的研究进行论述。
With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people’s legal awareness, our country is now in the high incidence of collective labor disputes. The contradictions caused by it can not be properly resolved and will affect the establishment of harmonious labor relations and the maintenance of long-term and stable society. At present, the labor dispute in our country is transforming from individual to collective. Due to the imperfect personality of the laborer and the lack of specialized agencies to deal with disputes over collective interests, the current collective labor dispute handling mechanism can not meet the needs of the present-day society. On China’s collective labor dispute handling mechanism to discuss.
