在加强学生思想道德教育工作中, 我们始终坚持以读书活动为载体,以学生全面发展为根本,不断拓展德育工作渠道,加快德育工作创新步伐, 取得了明显的成效。一、加强领导,完善机构,实现读书活动制度化 1、成立读书活动领导小组。学校成立了德育校长为组长、党政工青等部门协助负责、骨干教师和优秀班主任为成员的读书活动领导小组,少先队层层建立了大、中、小队读书活动网络,各班成立了读书活动小组,自上而下构成了完善的组织领导体系。
