随着我国高等音乐教育日益普及,社会对音乐人才的需求已转型为“高、精、尖”和“一专多能”的复合型高层次人才,如此“高、坚”的上层社会建筑必定需要“尖、实”的下层人才基础,这必然会牵动研究生教育的系列改善。河北省音乐研究生同样存在教育理念混淆、教学体制模糊、培养目标不明确、课程设置缺乏针对性、教材建设不完善等系列问题,此项研究将根据国家对人才的需求,结合河北省高师音乐教育现状,重审高师音乐学术型硕士、专业型硕士和学科教学型硕士三个发展方向的界定,纵向上通过学生、导师、学院三个层次与横向上生源招录、培养目标、课程设置、应用实践、学位授予体制、导师培养方向六维度纵横交叉,形成网状对比,从而对高师音乐的发展方向进行高度细致化对比、思考和探讨,并提出具有实效性、具体化的新培养方案。

Through the three levels of students, instructors, colleges and vertical students recruitment, training objectives, curriculum setting, application practice , The degree-granting system, the six-dimensional orientation of the tutors’training, and the formation of the network contrast, so as to make a highly detailed comparisons, thoughts and discussions on the direction of music development in higher normal colleges and to put forward practical and specific new training programs.
