Objective: To understand the situation of trace elements in healthy children aged 0 ~ 14 years in this area and provide a reliable basis for clinical medication and children’s diet regulation. Methods: The trace elements of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg and Pb contained in blood of 1825 children were detected by BH5100 atomic absorption spectrometer. The data were processed by SPSS 10.0 software. Results: There was no difference in the content of these six trace elements between boys and girls. There was no difference in the content of magnesium and lead between children in different age groups. Calcium, iron, zinc, copper content were significantly different. CONCLUSION: With the increase of age, the proportion of children with zinc deficiency and iron deficiency shows a decreasing trend. However, the proportion of children with calcium deficiency and lead poisoning shows an increasing trend. The content of trace elements in children is related to their growth and development, diet structure adjustment and environment.
