本刊1983年第六期发表秦大东同志的“黑茶的发展简史”。既称简史,当然与全史不同。说是错漏则不妥。黑茶包括范围很广。产区有湖南、湖北、四川、云南、贵州五省;销区也有新疆、西藏、青海、宁夏、陕西五省。可编成数以万计的发展黑茶史。茶类、茶名因时因地而常变换,不是固定不变的,不能强求完善尽美。这篇补充的文章,亦是四川黑茶的点滴史料,也未尽其详。发表是为活跃学术空气。
The sixth issue in 1983 published Comrade Qin Dadong “a brief history of the development of black tea.” Both said Jane history, of course, different from the whole history. It is wrong to say that it is a mistake. Black tea includes a wide range. The producing areas include Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou. The sales areas also include Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, Ningxia and Shaanxi provinces. Can be compiled into the history of tens of thousands of black tea. Tea, tea name often change due to local time, not fixed, can not be perfected perfection. This supplementary article is also a bit of history of black tea in Sichuan, nor is it exhaustive.
