由市科委下达给我所的“六·五”模具攻关项目—非晶表面强化工艺在模具上的应用研究,于九月份通过局级鉴定,与会代表认为:由于采用新的络合剂,使该工艺与国内通用的化学镀镍磷合金相比,具有沉积速度快,镀液工作寿命长,镀层质量好,成本低的特点,处于国内同类型化学镀镍工艺的领先地位。该课题在化学镀镍磷镀层的工业应用推广方面作了大量的工作,不仅在塑料模具,而且在纺织、印染、造纸、食品、印刷、饮料、化学工业等部门均得到了初步应用,取得了良好的使用效果和显著的经济效益。鉴定会建议上级领导部门将此科研成果,列入国家或上海市“七·五”期间重点推广项目。
