建设节约型政府是我国当前社会发展中的一个重要问题。在新世纪、新阶段,我国政府所面对的新问题日益增多,这就要求政府不断进行改革创新,提高自身的管理能力和公共服务能力。但是目前政府管理体制存在如腐败、高消费、低效率等弊端,这增加了政府改革的难度。本文主要从建设节约型政府的三个主要着力点入手,探析建设节约型政府的相应对策。
Building a conservation-oriented government is an important issue in the current social development in our country. In the new century and new phase, the new problems our government faces are increasing day by day, which requires the government to continuously carry out reforms and innovations to enhance its own management capabilities and public service capabilities. However, the current government management system has the disadvantages of corruption, high consumption and inefficiency, which increases the difficulty of government reform. This article mainly starts from the three main focuses of building a conservation-oriented government, and probes into the corresponding countermeasures for building a conservation-oriented government.
