肾嫌色细胞癌临床少见,我院1998年至2005年间发现5例,现将治疗结果报告如下。一、临床资料肾嫌色细胞癌患者5例,男2例,女3例;年龄29～69岁,平均54岁。左侧2例,右侧3例。病程1～24个月,平均6.8个月。临床症状:肉眼血尿1例、腰胀痛2例、体检发现2例、腰部不适2例。1例合并糖尿病,1例合并高血压病,余3例无特殊既往史。3例患侧肾区叩痛阳性。
Chromic renal cell carcinoma clinical rare, our hospital from 1998 to 2005 found 5 cases, the treatment results are reported as follows. First, the clinical data Kidney chromophobe patients in 5 cases, 2 males and 3 females; aged 29 to 69 years, mean 54 years. 2 cases on the left and 3 cases on the right. Duration of 1 ~ 24 months, an average of 6.8 months. Clinical symptoms: gross hematuria in 1 case, 2 cases of back pain, physical examination found 2 cases, 2 cases of lumbar discomfort. 1 case of diabetes mellitus, 1 case of hypertension, the other 3 cases without special past history. 3 cases of ipsilateral kidney area knocking pain positive.
