通过对某大型地铁商业综合体建设项目进行集中空调通风系统卫生学预评价,预测该项目建成后各场所可能存在的卫生学问题。根据建设项目集中空调通风系统相关设施及新风排风口分布情况的分析,评估集中空调通风系统的设计参数和采取的防护措施是否符合卫生要求。本工程集中空调通风系统在室内温湿度的设计参数、新风口、回风口、排风口、风管系统、冷却水、冷凝水系统、降噪措施、空调机房等方面基本符合相关规范标准要求,但仍存在卫生学问题。应对新风量、停车库通风及冷却塔的防护距离进行重新设计。
