如果以信息化发展水平来区分的话,可能会更易于看清楚市场的分层;而如果以行业需求特性来区分的话,可能会更易于找到细分市场的兴奋点。这两个方向,至少比一个粗放的中小企业概念要有效得多。
Segmentation of the market may be easier to see if differentiated by level of informational development, and may be easier to find in market segments if differentiated by industry demand characteristics. These two directions, at least more than a broad concept of SMEs to be much more effective.
