对远程灭火弹进行了结构设计。为了测量灭火弹爆炸抛撒灭火剂的灭火效果,对灭火过程的红外图像进行增强处理,先量化图像的区域复杂度以及单元区域上下相邻区域的灰度差异,采用Canny算子提取爆炸抛撒灭火剂及火场的轮廓边界,突出爆炸场与火场特征,对爆炸场和火场区域面积进行计算,评估出不同结构灭火弹灭火效果的优劣。经实验测定灭火弹比药量在1.5%,长径比为3.3时,灭火剂的弥散均匀,能够有较好的灭火效果。对于扑灭同样火灾,超细干粉灭火剂使用量可节省20%。
