旅行社恶性价格竞争既有行业的原因,也有旅行社产品及顾客的原因。而恶性价格竞争无论是对旅行社的行业发展,旅行社从业人员的权益还是顾客的利益都带来了极大的损害。基于上述分析,应该从行业调整、产品创新及顾客服务等方面寻求解决问题的路径。
Travel agency vicious price competition both the industry reasons, but also travel agency products and customers reasons.
