一、FMS 技术在工具制造上的应用(一)川崎工厂的PPMS 系统1、概况:日本东芝钨公司的川崎工厂,于1980年投产的刀体加工全自动车间,可加工900种刀体,组成刀体的零件按形状、尺寸分类达3600种。该系统由6台机床组成,L1:数控车床1台;M1:立式加工中心1台;M2—M4:卧式5座标加工中心3台:G1:数控复合磨床1台。从早8时至晚9时,由2—3人监控,其余时间无人,24小时连续运转。由计算机集中控制的PPMS 系统,具有下述特点:硬件方面—(1)、故障诊断技术
