新疆塔中地区中上部地层成岩性差、机械钻速快,但易发生钻头泥包、井眼垮塌、缩径等事故。中下部地层灰岩机械钻速低,部分层段有火成岩、沥青砂岩抗研磨性强,易损坏钻头。针对这些技术难点,通过应用精湛的定向技术、长寿命螺杆+高效PDC钻头、优质钻井液、精细控压钻井等钻井提速技术,塔中82-H7井100.22d完钻,二开实钻周期48.8d,在塔中同区块水平井中较好。
The middle and upper strata of Tazhong area in Xinjiang are characterized by poor diagenesis and rapid penetration rate. However, accidents such as mud packs, borehole collapse and diameter reduction occur easily. Middle and lower formation limestone mechanical penetration rate is low, some layers of igneous rock, asphalt sandstone strong abrasion resistance, easy to damage the drill. In response to these technical difficulties, through the application of superb directional technology, long-life screw + high-efficiency PDC bit, high-quality drilling fluid, fine controlled pressure drilling and other drilling speed technology, tower borehole 82-H7 100.22d finished drilling, drilling two 48.7 d, in the same block horizontal well in the tower better.
