目的探讨高考生肝功能异常与其他各生化指标间的关系。方法对参加2014年和2015年瑞安市高考体检的学生空腹检测肘静脉血ALT,并进一步检测AST、SUA、TC、TG、LDL、HDL、FPG。结果 ALT异常占总体检人数的1.07%(139/12 950),ALT异常组男女比率为7.33∶1(88/12),高于对照组1.27∶1(84/66),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);单变量分析显示,ALT异常组BMI、SUA、AST、TG、TC、LDL水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组间FPG、HDL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,TG、LDL、BMI、SUA为ALT异常的危险因素,OR值分别为8.804 0、3.029 9、1.415 2、1.015 0。多元线性回归分析显示,ALT水平与SUA、TG、LDL、TC水平呈正相关,相较于LDL与TC、UA和TG的关联性更高。结论高考生SUA、TC、TG、LDL升高与ALT呈正相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between abnormal liver function and other biochemical indexes in college entrance examination. Methods The fasting blood samples of elbow venous blood were collected from students who took physical examination in Rui’an City in 2014 and 2015 and were further tested for AST, SUA, TC, TG, LDL, HDL and FPG. Results The abnormality of ALT accounted for 1.07% (139/12 950) of the total number of examinees. The ratio of male to female in ALT abnormal group was 7.33:1 (88/12), which was higher than that of control group (1.27:1) (84/66), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Univariate analysis showed that the levels of BMI, SUA, AST, TG, TC and LDL in ALT abnormal group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01) , The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that TG, LDL, BMI and SUA were the risk factors for ALT abnormality, the OR values were 8.804 0,3.029 9,1.415 2,1.015 0 respectively. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between ALT level and SUA, TG, LDL and TC levels, and the correlation between UA and TG was higher than that between LDL and TC. Conclusions The elevated SUA, TC, TG and LDL in college students are positively correlated with ALT.
