一、引言航天产品精密复杂、协作配套多,而且由于其政治、社会影响大,有的还涉及人身安全,这些特点决定了必须严格控制设计更改,以及尽可能减少更改带来的危害和不利影响。航天企业经过几十年的摸索、完善,逐步形成了一套完整地控制设计更改的方法,即“技术状态更改控制要求”。本文重点叙述技术状态更改控制在航天企业是如何实施
