目的探讨单病种限价与质量和效益的正效应关系,为单病种限价提供理论依据。方法在制定临床路径的基础上,进行成本测算,确定部分病种的最高收费标准及实施办法,然后通过观察单病种限价对限价病种自身以及全院综合医疗质量和综合经济效益的影响,探讨单病种限价与质量和效益的正效应关系,为单病种限价提供理论依据。结果实行单病种限价后,不仅限价病种的出院病人教和经济收入呈大幅度增长,而且全院整体经济效益也呈现大幅度快速增长,同时综合医疗质量也有所提高。证明单病种限价与质量和效益之间存在着良性正效应关系。结论单病种限价不单纯是一个降价问题,它是在规范管理、强化管理的基础上,通过提供“低价格、高质量”的服务,进而获取更大社会效益和经济效益的一种新的管理举措。对转变传统的管理理念、服务理念和经营理念以及提高医疗质量、降低医疗成本、减轻患者的经济负担、促进医院发展等具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the positive effect relationship between limit price, quality and benefit of single disease, and provide theoretical basis for the price limit of single disease.
