稀土在绵羊皮鞣制及染色工艺中的应用,已初见成效。R催化剂是在V—K—Si体系中加入稀土制成的R—V复合式流化床萘制苯酐新型催化剂。这些稀土应用新工艺的发展,急需解决流程控制及其产品中稀土的分析方法。笔者结合外委样品的分析,参考武汉大学“对乙酰基偶氮胂与稀土元素显色反应的研究”报告,通过试验制定了毛皮(稀土甲醛结合鞣)、染液及R催化剂中稀土总量的对乙酰基偶氮胂直接测定分析方法,分析了毛皮、染液及R催化剂中的稀土总量,并与PMBP萃取分离法对照,结果吻合。本法简便、快速,易于掌握。
The application of rare earth in sheep skin tanning and dyeing process has achieved initial success.
