面对近年来非物质之文化遗产项目传承与保护中存在的一些突出问题:与现代生活越来越远,非遗项目异化,非遗传承人老化等等,文化部开始启动对传承人群的普及培训。而在非遗培训过程中,需要学者的引导及对培训方向的把握,否则培训就无法达到预期效果,甚至南辕北辙。本文通过分析学者在非遗传承人培训过程中所能发挥的作用,以期对目前全国正在开展的非遗传承人培训起到一定作用。

By analyzing the role that scholars can play in the process of non-hereditary training, this paper aims to play a role in the current ongoing non-hereditary training in China.
