沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)具有耐盐碱、抗风沙、繁殖容易等特点,是西北荒漠、半荒漠地区的重要造林树种。1983年我们在内蒙古阿拉善左旗对碱滩门固沙林进行调查时,发现大部分沙枣枯梢、死亡,整个沙枣林出现衰退现象。本文就此问题进行粗浅探讨。一、沙枣衷退状况内蒙古阿拉善左旗通湖治沙站,1957-1970年在碱滩门作业区的沙丘间低地和盐碱滩地上营造了23,151亩沙枣林。在六十年代时平均造林成活率为57%,现在的保存面积为28%。沙枣大面积枯梢和死亡是从1965年开始的。最初是在该作业区南部的盐碱滩地上,有
