In this paper, through the conventional mechanical properties of Cr20Ni32 high nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy steel, fracture fatigue performance test and the outlet manifold area of the hydrogen generator furnace to take over the finite element analysis of the weld zone defects safety assessment.
