分析CRH1型动车组转向架的转臂定位刚度、抗蛇形减振器阻尼、空簧水平刚度和转向架轴距,对直线运行临界速度与小半径曲线通过性能的影响。经计算分析,需对转向架参数进行较大的调整才能改善小半径曲线通过性能,但考虑到直线运行性能要求,这对既有动车组来说实现较困难。
The influence of the positioning stiffness of the boom, the damping of anti-snake shock absorber, the horizontal stiffness of the hollow spring and the wheelbase of the bogie on the passing speed of the linear operating critical speed and the performance of the curve with small radius are analyzed. After the calculation and analysis, the bogie parameters need to be adjusted greatly to improve the performance of the small radius curve, but considering the linear performance requirements, it is more difficult for both EMUs.
