针对知识管理领域的核心问题——企业如何实现知识创新,文章首先考察核心能力的源泉,得出“包含有隐性知识的组织专有知识才是组织获取竞争优势的关键所在”的重要结论,由此对知识类型进行划分。然后,文章在分析创新本体的基础上,探索知识创新的模式,以期证明:企业是通过知识转化的双循环实现知识创新,从而达到核心能力的提升。
Focusing on the core issue of knowledge management - how to realize knowledge innovation in enterprises, the article first examines the source of core competence and concludes that “the organization’s proprietary knowledge that contains tacit knowledge is the key to the organization’s ability to gain competitive advantage” Conclusion, thus dividing the type of knowledge. Then, on the basis of analyzing the ontology of innovation, the article explores the mode of knowledge innovation in order to prove that: the enterprise achieves the improvement of core competence by realizing the knowledge innovation through the double cycle of knowledge transformation.
