我们首次从新疆雪莲(Saussurea involucrate kar.et kin)中分离出两个倍半萜类化合物。初步鉴定一个为guaianolide的葡萄糖甙,另一个为与上述甙元结构类似的化合物。 雪莲全草粉末70%乙醇冷(氵彐),滤液蒸除乙醇后,先后用乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取、乙酸乙酯部分浓液物用硅胶柱层析,乙酸乙酯洗脱,可得到两种结晶。分别称晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅱ.(Ⅰ)晶Ⅰ为无色长针状结晶,熔点219—221℃,能溶于乙醇和热水,微溶于
For the first time, we isolated two sesquiterpenoids from Saussurea involucrate kar.et kin. One glucoside, which is guaianolide, was preliminarily identified, and the other was a compound similar to the one described above. Saussurea whole plant powder was cooled with 70% ethanol and the filtrate was evaporated to ethanol. The mixture was extracted with ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, and the ethyl acetate was concentrated on silica gel column. Ether was eluted with ethyl acetate. Two crystals can be obtained.
