以15 kW矿用隔爆型调速器为研究对象,给出了采用SVPWM调制技术的IPM损耗计算方法,结合矿用调速器电气特性和煤矿的工况,分析矿用调速器的散热系统,通过热仿真软件FLOTHERM比较不同散热条件下系统温升情况,并通过实验验证仿真结果的正确性,最终设计了一种矿用隔爆型调速器的有效散热方式。
Taking 15kW explosion-proof speed governor as the research object, the IPM loss calculation method based on SVPWM modulation technology is given. Combined with the electrical characteristics of mine governor and the working conditions of coal mine, the heat dissipation of mine governor System, compares the system temperature rise under different heat dissipation conditions through the thermal simulation software FLOTHERM, and verifies the correctness of the simulation results through experiments, and finally designs an effective heat dissipation method of mine explosion-proof speed governor.
