1954年召开的日内瓦会议,结束了历时8年多的印度支那战争,有助于缓和国际紧张局势、维护世界和平,得到全世界爱好和平人士的普遍欢迎,无论是对交战双方,还是对当时东西方两大阵营有关国家来说,都是双赢的明智之举。当年,我有幸以翻译的身份,随越南代表团参与了会议的全过程。如今50多年过去了,但当年亲历会议的许多情景仍记忆犹新。在这里,我根据自己的回忆并翻阅了一些相关的资料,把这段历史写出来,对有关日内瓦会议解决印度支那(简称“印支”)战争问题的资料作些补遗,留给历史和历史的后来者。
