党的十八届三中全会的重要议题是全面深化综合改革,为长远发展勾画改革“路线图”。其总体目标是完善和发展社会主义市场经济,尤其是要推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。政府开始从全能领域退出,尊重规律,将错装在政府身上的手还给市场,政府在职责范围内打造最好的自己。对此重要议题,王德明老师条分缕析,坦陈己见;我们也希望广大作者能够以党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》为主线,从不同角度,就当前重大热点、焦点问题如何引领教育、教学,展开分析,积极投稿。
