目的:考查白藜芦醇固体脂质纳米粒(Res-SLN)在小鼠体内的分布。方法:采用热高压均质法制备Res-SLN。以Res混悬剂(Res-Sus)为参照制剂,经小鼠尾iv给药,Res-SLN组剂量为115.50 mg·kg-1,Res-Sus组剂量为119.25 mg·kg-1,在一定时间处死动物(每个时间点5个动物),摘取器官,洗涤后进行分析。结果:给与Res-SLN后,Res主要分布在小鼠肝、肾,Res-SLN靶向肾的增强倍数为1.82倍。结论:Res制成SLN后,改变了Res在小鼠体内的分布,具有显著肾靶向作用。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of resveratrol solid lipid nanoparticles (Res-SLN) in mice. Methods: Res-SLN was prepared by hot high pressure homogenization. Res-Sus was taken as the reference formulation and the mice were iv-dosed. The dose of Res-SLN was 115.50 mg · kg-1 and the dose of Res-Sus was 119.25 mg · kg-1. Time animals were sacrificed (5 animals at each time point), organs were removed, and analyzed after washing. Results: After Res-SLN was administered, Res was mainly distributed in liver, kidney and Res-SLN, and the enhancement ratio was 1.82 times. Conclusion: Res made SLN changed the distribution of Res in mice, with significant renal targeting.
