秋季腹泻是婴幼儿常见病,主要病原为轮状病毒感染,目前无特效疗法。既往用抗菌、助消化及收敛等方法治疗,疗效不甚满意。我院1988年10～11月试用复方丹参治疗50例,疗效较好,报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料及方法按双盲法随机分二组,住院号单数为治疗组,50例;双数为对照组,40例。 Autumn diarrhea is a common disease in infants and young children, the main pathogen is rotavirus infection, there is no effective therapy.
