轴环式数显表是近年来国内外新出现的一种简易数字显示装置。普通车床加装轴环式数显表是实现车床自动测量及实时显示的有效方式。它具有结构简单、成本低、安装维修方便等优点。目前我厂已在CA6140、C630、CW6180三种车床上安装使用,并在安装数显表的同时对刀架及中拖板丝杠分别作了不同程度的改造,使数显表所显示数字与工件实际外圆尺寸的误差保持在很小范围内,从而达到减少或免除加工过程中的停车测量,在保证产品质量,提高劳动生产率,减轻劳动强度等方面收到了良好的效果。
