南方春大豆育种方法及途径的探讨

通过国内外1800余个春、夏大豆品种研究,筛选出一批具有不同优良性状的育种亲本。在此基础上,采用夏豆×春豆单交,(夏豆×春豆)×(春豆×春豆)复交等手段,创造新的变异类型;改进杂交技术,提高杂交成活率;选择与加代同步,鉴定与繁殖同步,区试与示范栽培同步,提高了育种效率。已育成了适宜南方春大豆多熟制种植的春大豆高产品种宁镇1号和一批优良品系,分别参加国家级和省级区域试验。本文对春大豆育种方法及途径作初步探讨。 Through the research of more than 1800 varieties of spring and summer soybean at home and abroad, a batch of breeding parents with different excellent traits were screened out. On this basis, the new mutation types were created by the means of single crossbreeding of Xiaodou × spring bean, (Xiaodou × spring bean) × (Spring bean × spring peach), and the like; improved the hybridization technique to improve the survival rate of hybridization; Synchronization, identification and reproduction synchronization, regional trial and demonstration of cultivation synchronization, improve breeding efficiency. A high-yielding spring soybean variety Ningzhen No.1 and a number of excellent lines suitable for planting more spring soybean in the South have been bred and participated in the national and provincial regional trials respectively.
