本文运用平均流模型对珩磨缸套表面模拟,求解了压力流因数和剪切流因数,建立了活塞裙部与珩磨缸套表面间的流体动力润滑方程,并且讨论了活塞滑动时,网纹角度变化时珩磨面油膜承载能力的影响。计算出的理想珩磨网纹角度值,与目前珩磨加工中所推荐的网纹角度值相吻合。
