玉米单交种“试 12 43”是适合黑龙江省第一积温带进行间作、密植的优质杂交种 ,是该类型区比较典型的代表品种。为了探索该地区玉米品种的高产生理机制、子粒品质与产量的关系 ,我们以该品种为试材 ,以本区广泛种植的“四单 19”和“本玉 9”为对照 ,进行了对比试验。试验在东北农业大学农学院试验站进行。种植条件为 :纯N 180kg/hm2 ,P2 O590kg/hm2 ,K2 O 180kg/hm2 。测定的生理指标有 :叶面积指数 ;生育期间叶、茎、叶鞘等部位的可溶性总糖 ,淀粉 ,蛋白质 ,脂肪含量 ;产量构成因子。试验结果表明 ,“试 12 43”的叶面积指数、叶的干物质含量、子粒的可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均高于对照 ,产量略高于对照 ,其它指标差异不大。本试验测定的各项指标代表了该地区的品种特点 ,对合理选择适宜品种提供了基本依据。
Maize single cross “trial 12 43” is the first cross-cropping temperate zone in Heilongjiang Province for intercropping, close planting of high-quality hybrids, is the type of typical representative varieties. In order to explore the relationship between high-yielding physiological mechanism and grain quality and yield of maize varieties in this area, we used the cultivars as test materials and compared with “Sidan19” and “Benjiu9” which are widely planted in this area. . The experiment was carried out at the Experimental Station of Agricultural College of Northeast Agricultural University. Planting conditions: pure N 180kg / hm2, P2 O590kg / hm2, K2 O 180kg / hm2. The physiological indexes measured were leaf area index, total soluble sugar, starch, protein, fat content of leaves, stems and leaf sheaths during the growth period and yield components. The results showed that leaf area index, leaf dry matter content, soluble sugar and protein content of grain in trial 1243 were higher than those in the control, and the yield was slightly higher than that of the control. The other indexes were not significantly different. The indicators measured in this experiment represent the characteristics of varieties in the region and provide the basic basis for the rational selection of suitable varieties.
