本文通过对山东省海阳市部分乡村旅游景区就业人员的调查和访谈,提出乡村旅游就业不仅具有旅游就业的一般性特征:季节性强、吸纳性强、进入门槛低,还具有本土就业占比高、兼业性突出、收入低、就业人员素质低等个性化特征,并对特征产生的原因进行了分析。
Based on the survey and interviews with the employed in some rural tourism scenic spots in Haiyang City, Shandong Province, this paper proposes that rural tourism employment not only has the general characteristics of tourism employment, but also has the characteristics of strong seasonality, strong absorptiveness, low barriers to entry, and a share of local employment High, dominance of prominent, low income, low-quality personnel and other personal characteristics, and the characteristics of the causes were analyzed.
