随着我国社会经济的快速发展,信息化技术的发展已经成为时代发展的必要产物。BIM技术是近几年出现的一个新名词,在建筑工程设计阶段、施工阶段、后期管理阶段都得到了有效地应用,其通过自身优势使建筑工程能有效地达到缩短工程建设周期、节约工程施工成本、控制资金风险以及降低工程能源的消耗等目标。所以,在建筑工程建设的过程中,必须合理的使用BIM技术,并且随着工程建设情况的变化及时的对项目进行动态的控制。
