0引言系泊船浪损事故因某些港口的特殊地理环境及他船等外界因素共同影响而时有发生。随着船舶日益大型化,船舶尺寸及主机功率大幅增加,而一些港口条件滞后,浪损事故逐渐增多,造成的损坏也日趋严重。这些事故、险情的过程和结果类似,主要是系泊期间船舶前冲后突造成舷梯损坏、缆绳破断、船壳挤压变形以及码头碰垫等设施损坏等。笔者所在船舶曾靠泊埃及塞得港和意大利威尼斯港,这2个港口都曾发生过较多浪损事故,具有典
0 Introduction Mooring vessel wave damage accidentally occurs due to the special geographical environment of some ports and other external factors such as other vessels. With the increasing size of ships, ship size and host power have increased substantially. However, some port conditions have lagged behind and wave damage accidents have been gradually increasing, resulting in more serious damage. The accidents and the similarities in the course of the accident and the result are similar to the above. The main reason is that during the mooring period, the ship has been pushed forward and rearward to cause damage to the gangway, cable breakage, crushing deformation of the hull and breakage of the pier and other facilities. The ship where the author had berthed Port Said, Egypt and Venice, Italy, the two ports have occurred more wave damage accident, with code
