现有DF_(7G)机车控制系统,存在核心可编程序控制器易失控,影响整个机车控制系统的可靠性。从DF_(7G)机车控制原理和可编程序控制器结构出发,列出了造成机车控制系统可靠性差原因,其根源是机车控制系统的可编程序控制器的双冷备份电源配置不当,提出加装双冷备份电源的自动监测,并阐明了故障后自动切换的优越性。
Existing DF_ (7G) locomotive control system, there is the core of the programmable logic controller is prone to loss of control, affecting the reliability of the entire locomotive control system. From the control principle of DF_ (7G) locomotive and the structure of PLC, the causes of locomotive control system reliability are listed. The reason is that the dual cooling power backup of locomotive control system is improperly configured. Equipped with dual cold backup power automatic monitoring, and illustrates the superiority of automatic switching after the fault.
