注射长春新硷引起心肌梗塞曾有报道,但是至今未闻注射长春硷后也会发生心肌梗塞. 本文报告1例男性患者,37岁,因注射长春硷后几小时心前区剧痛而入院。他患有室中隔前部及心尖区心肌梗塞.既往无高血压或糖尿病病史.体重82公斤,身高1.76米,一年抽烟20包,血胆固醇6.60mmol/L。曾在某医院治疗何杰金氏病,一年前纵膈接受剂量为40Gy的结点放射疗法,接着注射长春硷(5mg iv/周)8个月.在那期间,多次有心前区短暂剧痛,但心电图未提示有任何变化.
Myocardial infarction has been reported with injection of vincristine, but myocardial infarction has also been reported to date with no injection of vinblastine.This article reports a male patient, 37 years old, admitted to the epicardial area within a few hours after injection of vinblastine. He had atrial septal anterior and apical myocardial infarction with no prior history of hypertension or diabetes, weighing 82 kg and a height of 1.76 meters, smoking 20 packs a year and blood cholesterol of 6.60 mmol / L. Hodgkin’s disease was treated in a hospital where a mediastinal dose of 40 Gy was administered to the mediastinum a year ago followed by a vincristine (5 mg iv / week) for 8 months. Acute pain, but the ECG did not prompt any change.
