目的:了解武汉市部分中老年人的运动情况,并探讨运动对动脉硬化早期检测指标脉搏波传导速度(PWV)与踝臂指数(ABI)的影响。方法:选择到武汉大学中南医院体检中心进行体检的中老年人为研究对象,问卷调查其运动状况,并检测其PWV和ABI水平及和动脉硬化疾病相关的其他生理生化指标。描述人群的运动状况,并分析运动对动脉硬化早期检测指标的影响。结果:1065例45岁及以上的中老年人中,8.2%报告坚持运动。该人群所有研究对象PWV和ABI异常检出率分别为45.1%和1.8%,其中报告不运动的人群的PWV和ABI异常检出率分别为46.9%和1.7%,运动人群的为24.1%和1.1%。运动人群的PWV异常检出率比不运动的人群低(P<0.001),运动人群左侧ABI的平均检测水平低于不运动人群。结论:运动可影响中老年人群PWV和ABI水平,应提倡并鼓励中老年人多参加运动。
Objective: To understand the exercise status of some middle-aged and elderly people in Wuhan and to explore the effect of exercise on the pulse wave velocity (PWV) and ankle-brachial index (ABI) of the early detection of arteriosclerosis. Methods: The middle-aged and elderly people who took physical examination at Zhongnan Hospital Physical Examination Center of Wuhan University were enrolled in this study. Their exercise status were surveyed by questionnaire and their PWV and ABI levels and other physiological and biochemical indexes related to arteriosclerosis were detected. Describe the movement of the crowd, and analyze the impact of exercise on early detection of arteriosclerosis. Results: Of the 1065 elderly people aged 45 and over, 8.2% reported staying active. The abnormal detection rates of PWV and ABI in all subjects were 45.1% and 1.8%, respectively. Among them, the detection rates of abnormal PWV and ABI were 46.9% and 1.7% respectively in those who reported no exercise, 24.1% and 1.1% in exercise group %. The detection rate of PWV abnormalities in exercise crowd was lower than that in non-exercise crowd (P <0.001). The mean level of ABI in left-side exercise crowd was lower than that of non-exercise crowd. Conclusion: Exercise can affect the level of PWV and ABI in middle-aged and elderly people. We should advocate and encourage more middle-aged and older people to participate in exercise.
