Objective: To study the expression and significance of CD34 and HLA-DR in primary acute myeloid leukemia (except M3). Methods: Flow cytometry was used to determine the expression of CD34 and HLA-DR on bone marrow cells of patients with newly diagnosed adult acute myeloid leukemia. Results: The positive rates of CD34 and HLA-DR in patients with acute myeloid leukemia were 67.6% (96/142) and 74.6% (106/142), respectively. The remission rates of CD34 and HLA-DR positive patients were lower than those of negative patients P <0.05). The remission rate of CD34 / HLA-DR double positive group was lower than that of double negative group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The positive rate of CD34 and HLA-DR in bone marrow cells of patients with acute myeloid leukemia is high, and the complete remission rate is low in patients with positive myeloid leukemia, which indicates that the prognosis is poor.
