对于硬而脆的金属材料如硬质合金,软而粘的金属材料如铜合金、铝合金等的磨削,人们是熟悉的,已进行过不少试验研究并取得了较好的效果。而对于中等硬度的材料如耐热合金和钛合金的磨削,则接触较少。它们都属于难磨耐料,并各具有一定的代表性。本文主要对后者的磨削问题进行一些探讨,错误之处,恳请指正。
For hard and brittle metal materials such as cemented carbide, soft and sticky metal materials such as copper alloy, aluminum alloy grinding, people are familiar with, has carried out many experimental studies and achieved good results. For medium hardness materials such as heat-resistant alloys and titanium alloys, less contact is experienced. They all belong to the hard-wearing material, and each have a certain representation.
