用免疫组化LSAB法对45例卵巢上皮性肿瘤进行了癌基因EGFR、c-erbB-2、c-erbB-3及抑癌基因P(53)的检测,对60例乳腺肿瘤进行了P(53)的检测,以研究癌基因及抑癌基因产物在卵巢及乳腺肿瘤中的表达情况及其相关关系。结果表明,恶性肿瘤存在多种癌基因产物的过量表达,EGFR、c-erbB-2、c-erbB-3三者在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达有相关关系;卵巢癌及乳腺癌均有P ̄(53)表达,说明P ̄(53)基因可能与多种肿瘤的发生有关。
Forty-five ovarian epithelial tumors were examined for EGFR, c-erbB-2, c-erbB-3 and tumor suppressor gene P (53) using immunohistochemical LSAB method. 53) to detect the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressor gene products in ovarian and breast tumors and their correlation. The results showed that there are multiple oncogenes overexpression in malignant tumors, and the expression of EGFR, c-erbB-2 and c-erbB-3 in epithelial ovarian tumors is related to ovarian cancer and breast cancer ~ (53) expression, indicating P ~ (53) gene may be associated with a variety of tumors.
