监测共掺Ce,Cr的钇铝石榴石单晶(YAG,Y3Al5O12)Cr3+离子发射的红光波段,其激发光谱在波长460 nm处有一个强烈的激发宽带,可以证实存在能量传递。比较Cr3+浓度相同的共掺Ce、Cr两种元素的晶体和单掺Cr元素的晶体,发现Cr3+的发射光谱在红光部分,前者的发射强度剧烈增加,比后者多出一个数量级。研究发现红光部分发射增强的原因是两种掺杂离子之间发生Ce3+(2E)到Cr3+(4T)的能量转移。
In the red band of yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG, Y3Al5O12) Cr3 + ions co-doped with Ce and Cr, the excitation spectrum has a strong excitation band at a wavelength of 460 nm, which confirms the existence of energy transfer. Comparing the crystals with the same concentration of Cr3 + co-doped Ce and Cr and the crystal with the single Cr-doped element, it was found that the emission intensity of Cr3 + in the red part increased drastically, an order of magnitude more than the latter. The reason for the enhanced red emission was found to be the energy transfer from Ce3 + (2E) to Cr3 + (4T) between the two doping ions.
